If Your Product Did NOT Come From Us:  

Often we can sell you a replacement if you decide to replace it.  Otherwise, for broken glass, try calling a glass company.  For broken parts, try to locate the manufacturer online and you can contact their representative to see if they can point you in the right direction.
*We do NOT offer service, repair, or adjustments on any product we did not sell.
